Job Description:
This position is for a Senior HR Administrator who will be responsible for various HR tasks in a professional services environment. The individual will provide support to the Human Resources department, handle administrative tasks, and contribute to team efforts.

Description
The key responsibilities for the HR Administrator will be:
* Manage HR-related documentation such as contracts of employment
* Advise on ER cases
* Ensure HR databases are up to date and compliant with legislation
* Monitor and manage HR inbox queries
* Support the recruitment process, including advertising roles and scheduling interviews
* Assist with payroll by providing the finance department with relevant employee information
* Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys
* Resolve HR-related queries within the company
* Coordinate training sessions and seminars
* Support the maintenance of the HRIS system
Profile
A successful HR Administrator should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or related experience
* Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
* Excellent ability to work in a team environment
* Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
* Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle data with confidentiality
