Position:
Project Manager - Contract Engineering Team
What You Will Do
* As a Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers from receipt of order through project completion. You will:
* Review job specifications and design the required solutions.
* Oversee project build and testing.
* Liaise with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
* Coordinate with technical and commercial teams on a wide range of products and systems.

How You Will Do It
* Provide cost-effective solutions to clients while maintaining project margins.
* Ensure project deadlines are met.
* Collaborate with the Development department to meet job-specific design requirements.
* Work with the Production department on system builds.
* Brief commissioning engineers via Site Services.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
* Efficiently manage project progress, planning, and budget.
* Lead the project team to achieve key results.
* Oversee FAT testing on-site in Nottingham and Norwich as needed.
What We Look For
Essential
* Electronics engineering (minimum HNC level).
* Experience in managing medium to large-scale projects.
* Commercial knowledge for reviewing contract terms.
* Ability to liaise with clients (occasional international travel).
* Strong workload planning skills to meet client and production requirements.
* Ability to work within cost limitations to ensure project profitability.
* Competent written communication skills to produce manuals, test schedules, and quality procedures.
Preferred
* Hands-on experience in electronics design and testing.
* Experience in PAVA/PAGA, Fire Suppression, Production Systems
* Experience with audio electronics equipment.
* Degree in electrical/mechanical engineering.
