Job Summary:

Working in our UK Reward team you will be collaborating across the People Strategy teams and our European counterparts to drive system development and process improvement across reward processes and practices. This is a crucial role to support system improvement and enhancement as we approach our annual salary and bonus review, taking a lead in the creation and testing of system changes. You will also be able to get involved in operational activity such as role evaluation, supporting the annual salary and bonus review process, and providing reporting, analysis and insight on compensation data and providing insights on market data.

You will be responsible for ensuring system data integrity, along with creating and maintaining associated documentation. You will also maintain data to support wider reporting across the business, managing effective People reporting whilst providing SuccessFactors support to the department and business users. This role will be integral to process improvement and automation and will be done via collaboration across the UK and European reward teams and wider People Strategy function.

Examples of what you will be doing:

• Maintaining and updating the Compensation and Variable Pay (CVP) module in Success Factors, acting as Subject-matter expert on system and processes, ensuring any updates and system improvements are thoroughly tested, identifying areas of improvement and ensuring continuous evaluation and evolution of CVP.
• Be a continuous improvement champion of the Compensation and Variable pay module as part of the year-end salary and bonus review, including implementation of lessons-learned and process improvement activity You will be experienced in ensuring that planning for system changes and enhancements is clear, documented and with well-understood lead times that the Reward and wider PS Systems and operations teams are informed of and involved with.
• Managing the integrity of the CVP system in collaboration with the UK and European system teams, to ensure dependent modules (e.g. ECP, EC etc) are not impacted. Actively identify data anomalies and auditing our data to ensure we are using accurate and up to date information that can be used to make informed pay decisions.
• Producing regular reporting and extraction of data from CVP as well as reviewing and providing insight on internal and external compensation data.

Experience Required:

• Experience working in a HR systems or HR reward role as a subject matter expert within a centre of excellence HR model is essential
• Very strong analytical and numerical skills
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Experience using vlookups, Pivot tables, Index Matching, IF/SUM formulae.
• Ability to manage and interpret large sets of data and ideally demonstrable understanding of Power BI.
• Previous experience using SAP Success Factors (specifically CVP) with a strong understanding of the system and process improvements
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence or other HRIS ticketing systems
• Detailed approach to managing data. Understanding that you will be handling sensitive information about the company and its partners and employees, therefore exercising discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Able to provide a positive partnering approach with colleagues and stakeholders
• Ability to work within a virtual team with colleagues and stakeholders spread across multiple locations

• Works in an organised and systematic manner to ensure quality outputs are delivered and timelines are met

Qualifications:

• Ideally the job holder will be working towards the SAP SF accreditation, but this is not essential.
