Senior/Sales Negotiator/Valuer
Salary: £26k -£30k DOE + £250 car allowance + OTE
Location: Brighton
Hours: Mon-Fri opening hours 8.30am - 6pm and Saturdays 9am-5pm (with a day off in lieu).
He can be flexible on hours to suit the right candidate.
Must have a full UK driving license and own transport to apply.

Do you have a proven background in estate agency sales and are competent in valuations but want to maximize your earning capacity and further your career? If so, I have a great opportunity to join a well-established independent estate agency that is sales focused and has a great reputation in the marketplace.
You will already have a proven track record in selling properties and either have valuing experience or want to progress in that direction.
Responsibilities:
Conducting viewings/valuations and booking appointments.
Generating new business.
Liasing with vendors and purchasers via phone, email, and correspondence.
Negotiating offers.
Sales progression, liaising with solicitors/lenders and mortgage advisers.
Updating the in-house CRM system.
Taking incoming calls and resolving client queries.
Working to sales targets and cross selling additional services.
Processing and administration as needed.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
* Proven property sales experience.
* Experience in valuing and results driven.
* Confident communicator, dynamic and passion ate about the property industry.
* Great communication skills with the ability to build strong business relationships.
* Full UK driver’s license and own transport.
* Driven, self-motivated and enjoys working in a busy and focused team.
* Great IT skills.
