Empowering Learning is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants at Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 for various assignments in Special schools across Sheffield, Rotherham and Barnsley. These positions include temporary, longer-term, and permanent roles.

About the Roles:
We are looking for passionate and committed Teaching Assistants to join our team. If you are dedicated to education and eager to make a positive impact on young learners, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
* Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Support students with their learning through one-on-one assistance and small group interventions.
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Promote the social and emotional development of students, fostering their confidence and independence.
* Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
* Collaborate with teaching staff and other support staff to meet the individual needs of students.
* Contribute to the planning and preparation of teaching resources and materials.
Requirements:
* Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3).
* Experience in a similar role within an educational setting is preferred.
* Thorough understanding of the curriculum and learning objectives.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Caring and compassionate approach towards students.
* Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
