Are You the Right Fit?
* Proven experience selling to enterprise global clients (5,000+ seats minimum).
* Background in a top 30 VAR, managing and expanding a book of business.
* Expertise in managing senior stakeholders and conducting QBRs to enhance client satisfaction.
* A consultative approach to sales with a clear strategy for territory development.

Role Overview: As an International Account Director (IAD), you will spearhead the growth and management of business within strategic or enterprise customer segments. Collaborating with sales leadership, support, solutions, and alliances teams, you will deliver our innovative solutions and world-class support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive business growth in existing accounts and acquire new clients to meet sales targets.
* Exceed profit and revenue goals.
* Engage regularly with customers through face-to-face and virtual meetings.
* Maintain accurate CRM for business forecasting.
* Develop detailed account plans for your portfolio.
* Foster strong relationships with key partners and vendors.
* Meet quarterly KPIs, including training and development milestones.
* Promote and drive attendance to customer technology events and networking activities.
What You Need:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales role.
* University degree or relevant work experience.
* Exceptional communication, time management, and organizational skills.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Ability to influence at all organizational levels and effectively position against competition.
* Self-motivation and ability to work with limited oversight.
* Proven consultative sales skills.
Additional Information:
* 50% remote and 50% at an office location in the UK.
* Regular customer visits required.
