Job Description:
We are looking for an Assistant MRF Manager to join a dynamic waste management team in Exeter.
The Role:
As an Assistant MRF Manager, you will: * Manage MRF operations and understand material processes and resourcing
* Oversee production of fibres and polymers, and quality control of outbound loads
* Ensure compliance with permits, licences, and Health & Safety regulations
* Lead, develop, and motivate the team to meet performance and customer needs
* Integrate Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality systems with organisational requirements
* Work towards achieving budget targets and improving site performance
The Candidate:
The ideal Assistant MRF Manager will have: * Experience in Transfer & Commercial/Trade Waste Operations
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
* Experience working to deadlines, objectives, and KPIs
* Experience managing P&Ls and setting budgets
The Package:
The Assistant MRF Manager role comes with: * Annual salary of £45,000
