Job Description:
Reservations Co-ordinator
* £11.75 per hour
* 37.5 hours per week
* Paid Annual Leave of 28 days (including Bank Holidays)

Titanic Spa, the UK’s first Eco-Spa, has been designed within a traditional textile mill, creating a brand-new concept exclusively offering an unsurpassed Spa experience. We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and hardworking Reservations Coordinator to join our small reservations team. Main responsibilities include:
* Ensure a 5* standard is being maintained with each guest on every single call
* Offer advice on all products and services with full knowledge and confidence
* Be able to respond to email enquiries daily with informative answers
* Organise online voucher orders to be posted and brochure requests
* Take payments online and over the phone in line with the company procedures
* Manage the diary across all areas to ensure maximum revenue is being achieved
* Upsell products and services on each and every call achieving daily targets within the team
* Assist the Reservations Manager with delegated tasks
· Usual shifts range from 8 am to 8 pm on a rota basis including weekends and bank holidays.
