We are searching for motivated Teaching Assistants to work full-time at our Plymouth school. This is a long-term position that is required to begin in September. You’ll be expected to assist students one-on-one, in small groups, and during the entire class.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with teacher supervision to work with groups of children.
* Provide regular progress feedback to the class teacher and maintain records.
* Attending children’s personal needs, including minor first aid, and offering guidance on pastoral, social health, physical hygiene, and welfare matters.
* Engage with teachers, caregivers, and parents to monitor students development progress.
* Work with children on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to support their learning.
* Be a positive role model for students and staff.
What you’ll need:
* Experience working with children
* An enhanced child DBS. (which we can also help with, if already not held)
* Behaviour management skills and classroom management skills.
* Patience to support pupils in the teacher’s lessons and engage them with activities planned by the teacher.
* Eligibility to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not provided).
* 2 professional references.
