The role will oversee responsibility for a portfolio of Private Equity clients, whilst leading and developing your own team.
This role is based in Southampton and offers 2x days WFH.
About You:
* Recognised professional qualification - e.g. Accountancy, Chartered Secretary, Chartered Surveyor, Banking, Securities.
* Comprehensive understanding of private equity and venture capital as an asset class.
* Experience at a senior level within a financial services organisation.
About the Role:
* Act as a ’relationship manager’ for a portfolio of Private Equity clients.
* Provide technical and strategic guidance to the group.
* Drive the business forward by developing high-potential people. Encourage others to challenge the status quo and champion innovation across the group.
* Understand client needs and provide solutions
* Add value to existing client relationships by introducing the services of other business units.
* Create and build a strong market presence by attending networking events, speaking at seminars, participating in business development opportunities.
* Responsible for administration and financial management projects/initiatives.
* Prepare and submit budgets.
