Job Description:
We are looking a for Recruitment Service Manager. To manage a busy sector of the Company. To carry out all recruitment services to prospective candidates and working closely with our clients. Main Duties
*Managing the candidate process from initial inquiry through to placement
*Managing temporary and contract staff
*Meeting with various clients in order to become a recruitment partner of choice
*Proactively sourcing new potential opportunities
*Achieve monthly/weekly KPIs
*Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs
*Ensuring your client’s recruitment needs are being facilitated in the best possible ways
*Keeping up to date with current market trends within the recruitment industry
*Manage advertising
*A proven track record in leading end to end recruitment cycles
*Experience in working in a compliance heavy role
*Have an understanding of the recruitment industry, particularly in temporary staffing.
*Working with high volume workloads
*Working with tight deadlines
*Excellent communication skills the ability to deal with clients at all levels
*The ability to work under pressure
*Being able to 24/7 on emergency call for the division
*Manage and maintain an accurate client and employee database
Qualification’s Skills and Experience
*Good levels of education
*Computer literate
*Excellent marketing skills
*Previous experience of managing a recruitment desk
*Experience in managing staff
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell concepts and ideas
*Must have clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
