As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our dynamic and hands-on recruitment process, thriving in a KPI-driven environment. Main Dutie
* Managing temporary staffing and permanent/contract vacancie
* Proactively develop new business opportunities by identifying and establishing relationships with existing and prospective clients (including networking with flexible employees
* Manage and maintain an accurate client and employee databases
* Attend marketing fairs and clients visits
* Work to the Company KPI targets
* Managing an on-going candidate pool via job boards and social media
* Screen, interview, assess, take-on and deploy flexible employees in line with Company Procedures
* Proactively match and place flexible employees to client bookings
* Liaising with internal and external departments
* Advertising vacancies
* Able to be on 24/7 emergency call
* Carry other duties, required by management
Experience, Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience in Recruitment or Sales
* Previous experience in managing staff
* Friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing individual
* Must have excellent organisational skills and able to multitask
* Good level of Education
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell concepts and ideas
* Clean valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
