Job Description:
As an Sales Development Rep (SDR), you will be the first point of contact with potential customers and play a crucial role in generating and nurturing leads in order to fill and maintain a strong sales pipeline. You will engage with prospects through a variety of outreach methods and schedule meetings for an Account Executive to pitch and conduct a product demo.

Description
As a Sales Development Rep (SDR), your key responsibilities will include:
* Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound and inbound activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
* Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers and understand the needs of potential clients.
* Engage with prospects to understand their challenges and position the company’s solutions effectively.
* Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead activities in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise lead generation strategies and campaigns.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Profile
The successful Sales Development Rep (SDR) candidate will have the following:
* Proven experience in and SDR or other customer-facing sales role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong research and analytical abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
* Experience using a lead-gen software such as Cognism, Sales Nav, Lusha, etc.
* Highly motivated, with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed.
Job Offer
£30-40k basic (depending on experience) + uncapped commission
Almost fully remote - 1 day/week in Central London office
