About the Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in establishing and expanding our AI and Machine Learning division within Cambridgeshire and Oxfordshire. This 360 recruitment role encompasses:
* Business Development: Winning and nurturing new business
* Client Engagement: Taking on client briefs and maintaining relationships
* Candidate Management: Sourcing candidates, managing the interview process, and offer management
* Negotiation: Handling salary and pay negotiations
Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in end-to-end sales
* Proficiency in making sales calls and conducting video and in-person client meetings
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage schedules effectively
