Business Marketing Manager
Location: London
Length: 12 Months
Rate: From £54.81 p/h PAYE + (Approx. £114K per annum)
Hours: 9am-6pm

Job Description:
The Country Marketing team is the engine that grows the business’s at scale in our main EMEA markets. We are passionate about helping brands, businesses and agencies understand the ways in which the organisation can help them achieve their objectives, and are constantly looking for new ways to inspire and educate the industry in fun, informative and personal ways.
The organisations Business Marketing team is seeking an experienced, ambitious and result driven marketing leader to help drive revenue and growth in the region. The role is based in London and partially remote.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of marketing activities in the region.
The successful candidate will need to build strong relationships with multiple key stakeholders and XFN partners. They must have a strategic business mindset and demonstrate a good understanding of creating and measuring business impact as well as an excellent project manager from planning through execution and be able to work simultaneously across multiple large scale projects across different markets and priorities.
Key Responsibilities: * Support the country level marketing execution based on market and audience insights in EMEA
* Support business priorities in leading, planning, driving, executing of strategic marketing activations
* Plan and coordinate our channel marketing efforts such as on & off platform and email
* Curate and coordinate C-suite engagement, including high-profile events, as well as the marketing efforts such as content amplification, digital and email marketing.
* Continue to evaluate existing projects, building robust measurement frameworks, reviewing and sharing recommendations with the EMEA Business Marketing community.
* Responsible for reviewing the metrics and making recommendations to tweak the strategy as appropriate.
Minimum qualifications: * +10 years of marketing experience in leadership roles, preferably within business marketing
* Comprehensive understanding of the advertising ecosystem
* Experienced in country level marketing
* Used to managing senior stakeholders and working cross-functionally
* Highly experienced in leading strategic and complex projects
* Thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
* Self-starter and hard worker
