The role involves:
* Supporting employee well-being and absence management
* Employee relations from initial stage to case management
* Performance management
* Project work including recruitment, on-boarding, rewards and benefits
* Guiding and coaching managers
* Employee lifecycle
* Supporting and reporting on a range of HR issues
The ideal candidate will have:
* CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards
* Previous experience in a Generalist role
