Shifts / Hours: Day shift 09:00-17:00
We are looking for Scissor Lifts Operators with a valid CSCS Certificate/Card to join our Client’s cleaning team based in Spalding, Lincolnshire for a temporary contract.
Job Description:
As a MEWP Operator, you will play a crucial role in the safe and efficient operation of mobile elevated work platforms in a warehouse. Your responsibilities will include operating the equipment to lift cleaning operatives to high elevations, performing routine maintenance checks, and adhering to all safety protocols.
Responsibilities:
* Operate MEWP equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
* Help the cleaning operators onsite clean warehouses/ceilings
* Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance of MEWP equipment.
* Follow all site safety procedures and regulations.
* Coordinate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
* Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements:
* Valid CSCS card (Essential).
* Proven experience as a MEWP Operator in a construction environment.
* Familiarity with various types of MEWP equipment.
* Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
