Job description:
We are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join us for an initial period of 6 months, to support one of our key customers, in our sweet treats category. To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a team player with excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills. This role requires an individual who is agile and can pick up new systems quickly.
For this role, we’re really keen to bring in someone who has creative thinking and has strong Excel ability. This role would really suit somebody who has good interpersonal and communication skills.

The Key Requirements... * Support the SCBM in executing our annual account plans to deliver corporate objectives, such as hitting NPD targets
* Communicate on a day to day basis with the customer on driving growth agenda
* Ensure excellent execution of the Cake seasonal plans
* Drive the accuracy and delivery of monthly sales forecasts – working with supply chain, factory forecasting, finance
* Assist with promotional programmes, ensuring promotions are communicated, forecasted, delivered, and then evaluated in a timely manner.
* Work with Marketing & Category to deliver New Product Launch plans (distribution, display, turnover targets)
* Work with Category & Marketing to drive Customer range review delivery, and post review evaluation & future recommendations
As a Customer Account Manager, you will be a skilled negotiatior and have commercial awareness. You have strong Excel ability and creative thinking. Your remit would be to work cross-functionally at all levels, and you would relish the opportunity to thrive in this role.
