Preferred Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in sales and business development, preferably within the spa or hotel sector.
* Proven track record in new business acquisition, specifically within the hotel and spa market.
* Proven track record of strong and credible relationships with key decision makers with the ability to sell in multi-level to any type of organisation.
* Highly motivated and determined to meet and exceed targets.
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
Salary:£40k-£45k, OTE £20k+, car allowance, private medical insurance, staff discounts and additional perks
