Application Support Analyst
Up to £45k + benefits
Fully Remote with travel to the South Wales office
Join our scale-up fintech client who’s currently searching for a skilled Application Support Analyst!
This is a new role within the business, it’s an exciting opportunity to champion the escalation and triage processes. You’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, you’ll troubleshoot customer-raised problems, maintain communication throughout, and help achieve faster resolution.
