In return, the HR Business Partner will expect a salary of up to £55,000, 25 days paid annual leave, pension contribution, access to thousands of perks and discounts, optional health and wellbeing cover and life assurance at 4 x your annual salary.

Role & Responsibilities:
* Be the 1st point of contact for all HR related matters
* Develop culture by promoting core value and behaviours
* Implement HR policies and contribute to the development of the HR function
* Lead HR projects
Skills & Requirements:
* HR Management/ Business Partner experience is imperative
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Experience in writing and implementing HR policies/ procedures
* CIPD qualified
