As they continue to expand their presence in the UK market, they are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales, foster strong relationships with clients and build a UK Sales team.
As the UK Sales Manager for safety containers, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand our client’s market presence and meet revenue targets. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with a dynamic team to drive success. You will have a strong impact on the UK business, managing the growth of the Sales and the Team, being involved in the Recruitment and Coaching of the team.
Description
* Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the UK market and increase market share for safety containers with Distribution partners
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
* Utilise your expertise in safety regulations and compliance standards to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to clients.
* Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new offerings.
* Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer needs.
* Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Profile
* A strong track record of driving Technical Sales in the UK, with a strong understanding of the Distribution network
* Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards related to hazardous materials storage
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
* Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
* Willingness to travel within the UK as needed to meet with clients and attend events
* Previous management experience, with the drive and ambition to grow their own team
