Job Description:
Responsive Personnel are pleased to be able to offer a great opportunity for a Sales Administrator to work with a long-standing prominent Swindon Employer.
Duties & responsibilities:
* Process orders via email or phone
* Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
* Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
* Setting up new accounts
* Ensure all enquiries are handled effectively
* Ensure all customer orders, enquiries and complaints are handled appropriately
* Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
* Maintain and update sales and customer records
* Develop monthly sales reports
* Communicate important feedback from customers internally
* Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
* Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
* Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks
Key Skills & requirements:
* Computer literate with good knowledge of all Microsoft programs.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to plan & manage workloads to tight deadlines.
* Confident, polite, and friendly telephone manner.
* Ability to work alone or as part of team.
* Good organisational skills
* Must have previous administration or customer service experience
* Reliability and dependability
* Literacy & numeracy skills
