Accounts Payable // Permanent Role // Rossendale // Up to £28k DOE

Thriving PE-backed manufacturing Company in Rossendale is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their welcoming and supportive team.

This person will work alongside the AP lead to ensure that timely and accurate invoice management leads to successful supplier payments in line with agreed timescales.
* Processing of invoices 
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Issuing of Credit notes
* Query management
* Accurate record keeping on ERP system
* Preparation for payment run
* Adhoc reporting
* Problem spotting and pro-active suggestions for process improvement
* Communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner
* Assisting with general Accounts Administration as required

The successful candidate will have had previous exposure to Accounts payable in a busy SME environment.

Standard working hours are 8-30-5pm with 1 hr lunch or 1/2 hr lunch break and some flex on hrs. Onsite parking and the option to work 1 day from home once up to speed. If you’d like to be part of this success story, get in touch with Rachael Hodges for more information.
