Job Description:
Role – Client Support Associate
Location – Manchester City Centre
Salary - £23,000-£25,000
Type – Permanent
Hours – 9am-5pm

Duties consist of (but are not limited to):
* Assist clients with enquiries related to financial products and services.
* Contacting pension providers to obtain the clients information
* Working closely with the Customer Relationship Manager to ensure all details are obtained
* Handling phone and email enquiries professionally and promptly.
* Providing accurate information and resolve basic client issues.
* Aiding with document assistance and pack creation.
* Maintaining accurate client records and files.
* Keeping up to date with internal policies and regulation changes.
* Collaborating with colleagues to streamline processes.
* Adhering to relevant legislation, including GDPR.
* Updating documentation in line with changes in practice.
