Your new role
Working on a project in Cambridge with the main focus on the scheme being the installation of Solar Charging Ports, they require a Site Manager for holiday cover.
As Site Manager you will be required to:


* Inspecting construction work and comparing it with drawings and specifications
* Measuring and quality checking building materials
* Carrying out site inductions
* RAMS reviews
* Ensuring programmes are followed and any deviation identified to the Project Manager
* Identifying defects and suggesting ways to correct them
* Keeping detailed records of work
* Liaising with contractors and site team
* Ensuring building regulations, health and safety legislation, legal and environmental requirements are met.
* Compliance

What you’ll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar roleCSCS, SMSTS and First Aid is essential
