Responsibilities of the Collections Executive include:
* Managing and overseeing a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
* Contacting clients via phone, email, and letters to discuss overdue payments and establish repayment plans.
* Collaborating with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient collections processes.
* Adhering to all regulatory requirements and maintaining compliance with company policies.

The successful Collections Executive will require:
* Proven experience as a Collections Executive or in a similar role.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Customer focussed.
* Ability to handle difficult conversations and remain calm under pressure.
