Vertu Motors Honda Newcastle
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to come and join our team at Vertu Motors Honda Newcastle. We can offer flexibility on location and can work out of Vertu Honda Sunderland, Vertu Honda Newcastle or Vertu Honda Stockton.
We are offering a basic salary of £22,308 working Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm plus company benefits.
As our Purchase Ledger Clerk you will support the Accounts function in all aspects of dealership accounts. We are looking for the right person to:
* Process high volumes of invoices.
* Match, batch, scan, code and file all invoices, statements and remittances.
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Process monthly payment run.
* Deal with any invoice discrepancies and any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
* Assist in processing colleague expense claims and aiding in the preparation of management accounts.
