Responsibilities * Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce parts according to engineering drawings and specifications
* Program CNC machines using Mazatrol and Mazak controls
* Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet tight tolerances and specifications
* Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth production process
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimise machining processes
* Mentor and train junior machinists as needed
Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in CNC machining and programming
* Proficiency with Mazatrol and Mazak controls
* Strong knowledge of CNC milling and turning processes
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
