Job Description:
Seeking a Site Manager for Cabling Works in Scotland!
Our client, a leading company in the cabling sector, is currently looking to recruit an experienced site manager/supervisor. This contract position offers you the chance to oversee survey works including trial holes, bore holes etc.
Key Responsibilities:
As our new Site Manager - Scotland - Cabling, your primary responsibilities will include -
Setting teams to work including morning briefs and carrying out toolbox talks
Monitoring progress v Programme
Monitoring compliance against MSRA’s and quality ITP’s etc
Ensuring safety on site
Recording daily events i.e. daily reports
Uploading documents to a shared drive i.e. photos and reports
Identifying plant and materials and ordering via call off or via purchasing department
Putting together 4 and 6 week look ahead programmes for upcoming site activities
Ensuring correct documentation is being used on site
Carrying out site inductions
Client facing
Familiar with either Scottish Power, National Grid or similar client Projects
Familiar with linear Projects
Able to review and comment on proposed MSRA’s and other documents
Full Driving licence is essential
Duration - Potentially up to 4 yrs
Rate Offered:
We are offering £500 per day depending upon qualifications/experience.
IR35 Status - INSIDE IR35 - Umbrella or CIS acceptable

East Coast of Scotland
