My client is based in the centre of Manchester and they are currently recruiting for a Client Portfolio Manager to join their investment team.
* Acting as a point of contact
* Communicate professionally, courteously, and effectively with Clients by telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face
* Assisting with long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients
* Identifying business development opportunities within the existing client base
* Working alongside Senior Client Manager following meetings to discuss the client’s circumstances and be involved in creating and implementing a financial strategy to meet the client’s financial objectives and circumstances
* Maintaining ongoing relationships with the clients, keeping them informed, answering queries, and arranging review meetings
* Identifying client needs at a review and undertaking preparation, collaborating with other colleagues and teams where appropriate
* Articulating our services to clients and identifying business opportunities based on their needs
* Understanding the needs of our clients and be able to respond effectively with appropriate service suggestion
* Ensuring all clients are contacted on a regular basis
* Ensuring client facing documents are accurate and appropriate for the client

Whats needed:
* Solid investment industry experience
* Good client service skills
* Investment Advice Diploma is essential (or close to completion)
