Job Description:
Residential Conveyancer Solicitor/CILEx for Prestigious Legal 500 Client – Flexible Location
An esteemed Legal 500 client is seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Conveyancer or CILEx Lawyer to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion.
* Provide expert legal advice on a range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages.
* Ensure all transactions are handled efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth and timely transaction processes.
* Conduct due diligence, including title checks, searches, and resolving any legal issues that arise.
* Maintain accurate records and case management systems to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
* Deliver exceptional client service, maintaining clear and regular communication throughout the conveyancing process.
Candidate Profile:
* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) with a focus on residential conveyancing.
* Proven experience managing a variety of residential property transactions.
* Strong knowledge of conveyancing law, procedures, and regulations.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficient in using conveyancing software and case management systems.
