THE BUSINESS:
3rd Line IT Support/Infrastructure Engineers with a proven track record of working within an MSPenviorment. Looking for someone with infrastructure and pre-sales experience.
THE 3rd LINE IT SUPPORT ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY:

* Project Implementation and Support
* Technical Documentation
* Cyber/Security
* System Monitoring
* Capacity Planning
* Communication and Interaction
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
* MSP Experience
* Microsoft Azure
* Virtualisation Tools and Networking Protocols
* Strong Infrastructure Knowledge
* The ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
* Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
