Reed Supply Chain & Procurement Essex are Exclusively recruiting for a Purchasing and Logistics Executive. This is a brand-new vacancy in the Purchasing department.  As the new Purchasing and Logistics Executive, you will be supporting with the Distribution Purchasing plus you will take over the Inbound Logistics.

Ideally, you will already have some experience in Purchasing / Procurement to build on, this is the main part of the job but you will also (hopefully) become the go to person for inbound Logistics.

The key to this Purchasing and Logistics Executive job is communication, you must have good conversational skills in order to deal with internal / external stakeholders, hauliers, freight forwarders etc with a friendly disposition along with a persuasive manner and the ability to influence people.
