Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Legal 500 regional firm who are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their prestigious team. Please find below further details with regards to this position.
ROLE: Corporate Solicitor
LOCATION: Essex / Suffolk
SALARY: £45,000 to £85,000 per annum
PQE: 2 to 10 years’
Please note that this position offers flexible working arrangements. Home working and hours can be negotiated.
The Role
* A key member within the Corporate team, you will be sitting in between the Senior Partners and junior members of staff
* Corporate matters will include Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate restructures, MBO’s and Share Schemes
* You will also be advising on corporate governance, commercial contracts and terms of business
The Person
* A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
* Strong corporate and commercial background with a evidence of a billing history with complex matters
* Someone who is open to business development and grow on the existent client base
