Page Personnel have partnered with a well-known brand recruiting for a Bookkeeper on a full-time permanent basis in Liverpool reporting into the Financial Controller.
Client Details
This multi-million turnover and well-know business in Liverpool. This business are looking for a Bookkeeper support their payables and payroll function on a full time, permanent basis. This includes full start-finish accounts payable/receivable processes and understanding of Payroll. This is a fast paced, role for a multi-tasker wanting a variety in their day to day tasks.
Description
The Bookkeeper duties include:
Accounts Payable/Receivable/Credit Control/Payroll Required
* Processing purchase/sales ledger end-end.
* Supplier payments/payment runs.
* Agreeing payment terms
* PO approval
* Staff expenses
* AR/Credit Control; overdue debt, credit terms, cash allocation, bank reconciliation
* Payroll - 250 employees including: collating,updating systems
* Payroll audit for outsourced payroll provider using Iris.
Profile
The successful Bookkeeper MUST:
* Have an understanding of AP/AR/Payroll
* Understanding of payroll legislation/tax rules.
* Iris is advantageous but not essential
* Ability to multi-task
* Have ability to work in a busy fast paced environment
* Good excel and IT skills
