We are a renowned and prestigious dealership known for delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards in the automotive industry. Our dealership is a bustling hub of activity, and we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Workshop Controller to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the daily operations of the workshop.
* Coordinate and prioritise work assignments for technicians.
* Ensure all repairs and services are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
* Monitor the progress of each job and provide updates to service advisors and customers.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
* Liaise with parts department to ensure timely availability of required parts.
* Implement and maintain workshop policies and procedures.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training and development for technicians.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to workshop services.
What you will need:
* Proven experience as a Workshop Controller or similar role in a busy dealership environment.
* Strong technical background and knowledge of premium vehicle brands.
* Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
* Valid driver’s licence.
