There is an opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor with previous real estate disputes / property litigation experience to join the Sheffield office in this full 360 role which can offer high quality work and an extremely competitive NQ salary for the Yorkshire region.

Candidates applying for this role can expect to be involved in a broad range of real estate litigious work, including all manner of property disputes, ranging from landlord and tenant asset management issues to boundary disputes and from rights of light issues to property insolvency. There is a client base that ranges between large institutional property funds, developers, tenant occupiers, energy companies, and other investors in real estate.

Anyone wishing to apply for this role must be either due to qualify as a solicitor in the coming weeks/months or must have qualified very recently. In addition to good academics, candidates must be able to show a real and genuine enthusiasm for property disputes work which is backed up by previous experience either through a training contract seat and/or in combination with previous property litigation paralegal experience.
