The successful candidate will:
* Draft, file and prosecute patent applications related to electronics and electrical engineering
* Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate searches and analyses
* Advise clients on IP strategy and portfolio management
* Handle oppositions and appeals before the relevant patent offices
* Work closely with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored IP advice
 Key requirements:
* Qualified Patent Attorney with NQ-4 years PQE
* Strong technical background in electronics or electrical engineering
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Litigation experience is an advantage
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
