Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Content Consultant to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, commercially focused content for various purposes, including sales, subscription websites, client newsletters and external PR content. What you’ll do:
As a Human Resources Content Consultant, you will be at the forefront of providing sound employment law advice to all stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be creating commercially focussed content that not only showcases new legal developments but also highlights the full range of services provided by the business. You will ensure that all technical employment law content is maintained at an excellent level, enhancing the knowledge of employees, clients, and prospective clients. Your work will directly impact the continued success of the business as you partner with growth departments. This role requires an individual who can work under pressure to meet both short-term and long-term deadlines.
* Analyse HR themes and trends and new employment laws to create a variety of new sales assets.
* Maintain and continually develop content on employment law and HR subscription websites.
* Ensure the Group’s Consultancy offering e.g. template contracts and handbooks etc is kept up to date.
* Create and deliver training sessions where required.
* Respond to Government consultations on employment law and HR matters.
* Create bespoke employment law presentations for both sales and existing client purposes.
* Undertake research projects on areas of employment law.
* Write articles and various types of content for employment law websites.
* Provide speedy comment for external publications on topical employment matters.
* Update the Marketing department with topical news stories, legislative changes.
