Construction Delivery Manager OR Business Development Manager
BASIC £50K TO £60K
Birmingham based covering North regions West Yorkshire / Manchester
***MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE ***
BDM / Delivery Manager Needed - Onsite Construction experience Operations background knowing white collar and labour roles and generate leads.
Someone who is a great communicator with confidence,
Outgoing personality, someone who is a natural at building relationships,
Identify target markets,
Market research and analysis,
Attend client meetings,
Conferences and events,
Sell White and Blue Collar
Knowledge of the wider infrastructure, M&E and Construction,
Strong Administration
Attractive salary £50k to £60k with potential to increase end of year.
Covering the North regions North Yorkshire / North Manchester to be be based in Birmingham
