Description
This Senior Technical Manager position will oversee a high-rise scheme in East London consisting of 2 towers, the tallest up to 35 storeys, with a panelised facade system. You remit will cover:
- Preconstruction management including project set up, design team procurement, etc.
- Oversight of technical design production and subcontractor procurement and coordination
- Coordination of planning conditions, warranty, building control, and all other 3rd party engagements
- Recruitment of a team as necessary
Profile
A successful Senior Technical Manager should have:
* A design/technical background
* Proven experience at Senior Technical Manager level
* A track record of delivering residential high rise schemes to handover
* Excellent knowledge of building regulations and new BSA requirements
* Fantastic communication skills with an ability to work with large teams internally and externally
Job Offer
* A salary between £85,000-£95,000 (depending on experience)
