Industrial Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £26k - £30k DOE + Generous Commission on all billed revenue
Location: Chichester
Hours: Mon-Fri 08.30 - 17.30pm

And are looking for a driven, confident Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join their friendly team based in Chichester.
Ideally you will be a seasoned recruiter who is happy to redevelop a lapsed desk, however you will need the ability to convert leads to opportunities, negotiate and attract candidates suitable for the roles. ideally you have worked as a recruiter in a 360 role.
My client is open to a dual desk, however if your strengths lie within temp or perm this can be accommodated if you are the right candidate., with the right drive & motivation.
This is a unique opportunity to create your own mini busy, without being micromanaged and have autonomy to drive your own desk and be successful in your own right!
Responsibilities:
* Liasing with clients via phone, email and correspondence.
* Gaining leads and converting new business.
* Writing advertisements and taking accurate job descriptions
* Conducting candidate interviews.
* Attending client visits, drops and building business relationships.
* Territory management.
* Ability to win business through speculative consultive calls.
* Updating the CRM system accurately and diarising further calls.
* Account management and ensuring clients expectations are met.
* Working to revenue targets and KPI’s
* Attending networking functions, job fairs etc.
* Writing CV’s and booking in candidate interviews.
* Negotiating TOB’s and candidate contracts.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience to apply:
* Proven full 360 recruitment background within the industrial sector.
* Ability to generate new business and account manage existing clients.
* Great communication and relationship building skills.
* Enjoy working in a busy and focused team.
* Driven, self-motivated and tenacious.
* Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline.
* Good IT skills including using CRM systems.
