What You Can Expect
* Location - Borehamwood (Hybrid - 1 day on site per week)
* Salary - £450 per day (Outside IR35)

Key Responsibilities as a Business Process Analyst
* Understanding existing processes
* Identifying pain points from a customer/vet and efficiency perspective
* Solving problems, redesigning and designing new processes
* Deliver outstanding customer and vet journeys in the most efficient way
* Adapt, improve and document processes for the new markets the company is entering.
Core Experience and Skills
* Demonstrable experience of operating in a B Aor Process improvement capacity
* Agile
