As a Management Accountant, you will be working closely with the Financial Controller. This exposure will see you be directly involved in some senior processes such as budgeting and forecasting. In this role your experience and thoughts will be valued, your opinions and commentaries will be listened to and your suggestions will be taken into consideration. This is a role which will really see you leave an imprint in the finance function of this organisation, this provides a fantastic opportunity for you to gain some serious experience and will help open doors for future career opportunities. In this position you will be involved in the budgeting and forecasting process, being involved with budgeting meetings where you will be liaising with senior management and non-financial stakeholders. You will also be working on the P&L and producing comprehensive variance analysis alongside completing reconciliations on the balance sheet. Skills Required * To be currently studying your ACCA or CIMA Qualification, or to consider yourself as "Qualified by Experience" (QBE)
* To be confident in your abilities. This is a role where you will be involved in complex decision-making tasks. It is essential to be able to produce a high quality of work and be self-assured in this position.
* To have experience in budgeting and forecasting alongside the experience of producing the management account packs in a previous position.
* To be able to communicate in an effective manner, as this role will see you being involved in complex financial conversations but also instances where you will have to exhibit the ability to communicate in a manner which non-financial stakeholders will be able to understand.
