Our client, a global and high-profile law firm, are looking for an eDiscovery Project Manager to join their team in their London office.
This role involves supporting litigation, internal investigations, regulatory responses, and other complex legal matters through the analysis of data and documents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate disclosure/discovery workstreams with clients, case teams, and vendors.
* Manage identification, collection, and tracking of documents and data.
* Support discussions with in-house legal and IT teams.
* Oversee vendor assessment and engagement.
* Develop and track matter fee estimates and budgets.
* Facilitate cross-team collaboration and communication.
* Execute technical eDiscovery tasks using platforms
Skills and Experience:
* Law firm experience
* Proven experience in litigation and disclosure/discovery project management.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Hands-on experience with eDiscovery platforms (Relativity) and analytics tools (Brainspace).
* Knowledge of data protection, privacy, and cross-border requirements.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
