Job Description:
AJ Chambers are delighted to offer this superb opportunity for a Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer to join our clients well-established firm in Buckingham.
Role Description
As a Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and assistance to clients in matters related to property transactions. Your day-to-day tasks will include reviewing title documentation, contract documentation, mortgage offers and search results and providing accurate and comprehensive reports to clients, raising enquiries in a timely manner, responding to enquiries in a timely manner, resolving complex and technical queries, dealing with the exchange of contracts and completions, checking clients’ source of funds, KYC and other compliance metrics, and ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
Qualifications
* An experienced qualified solicitor/ conveyancer
* Proven experience in property law and conveyancing
* Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
A competitive salary is of for grabs, which will depend on your experience, plus 25 days holiday and a day off on your birthday. Our client has a considerable reputation within the market and the successful candidate will receive appropriate training.
