Onsite 3 days / remote 2 days

Our client is a leading business systems and solutions consultancy. They have retained an entrepreneurial spirit and have exciting and ambitious plans for growth. In order to keep growing and keep winning, they need an Office Manager / Administrator to join a group of exceptionally talented and passionate individuals and to contribute towards their continued success.
An Office Manager / Administrator is a key member of the team and will play a crucial role in smooth running of the office and the organisation more generally. You must be confident, enthusiastic, organised, proactive and must have a “muck in, no job is too small” mentality. You must also have excellent communication skills and must enjoy building relationships. The role is varied and you will be involved in range of duties ranging from front-desk support, finance administration, personal assistance to the chief executives and general office care.
Typical responsibilities for the role include (but not limited to)
* Booking transport and accommodation for national and international travel.
* Office management- including overseeing cleaning and maintenance.
* PA tasks for CEO and COO.
* Arranging company events for both staff and clients.
* Management of the finance mailbox.
* Entering sales invoices and purchase invoices into an accounting system.
* Arranging and attending meetings with senior management.
* Maintaining stationery supplies and IT equipment.
* Assisting HR by keeping staff records up to date.
* Onboarding new joiners and off-boarding leavers.
* Assisting with the renewal of organisation’s insurance policies, including travel and commercial.
* Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries.
* Greeting customers and answering telephone calls.
* Reviewing and responding to incoming mail.
* Helping to establish and maintain office procedures

* A willingness to learn new skills, particularly around new software

* Self-starter, problem solving and taking initiative abilities

Sponsorship is not available for this role. Preference will be given to candidates in or close to London.
