An exciting opportunity has arisen, Hays has partnered with a reputable law firm based in Gloucester who are now looking for a Legal Cashier to support with various financial duties and responsibilities, as required.
You will work a total of 35 hours, Monday to Friday.

Your new role
As Legal Cashier, you will be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:
* To process account transactions, including in and out payments
* Liaising with clients and business in regard to financial queries
* Accurately record any financial transactions necessary
* Dealing with invoices, whilst ensuring payments are made in a timely manner
* Performing bank reconciliations
* Helping with the production of financial reports
* To ensure compliance of the SRA’s Accounts Rules
* Get involved in any other adhoc duties as necessary within the team and wider business
What you’ll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a role, as a Legal Cashier
* Strong attention to detail
* The ability to be self-sufficient and work well as part of a team
* To be proficient in legal accounting software or similar
