Position:HR Advisor- Employee Relations
Location: The convenience of working from home (and attendance to a London office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a HR Advisor- Employee Relations at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
* Be part qualified CIPD (or equivalent) and have an excellent knowledge of UK employment Law.
* Have proven experience of managing employee relations cases, end to end including disciplinary, grievance, probation, appeal, and well-being cases.
* Support Line Managers on the correct application of policies and procedures.
* Liaise with our external legal support.
* Provide monthly updates and document all procedures.
* Manage TUPE transfers, both in and out..
* Be keen to drive improvement and ensure best service.
